You should take your Tibetan terrier outside after he wakes up or when he finishes his first meal or drink of the day. You need to confine the dog to an area with newspapers in all locations. After a few days remove some papers until only one small area with newspaper exists. And with that, you make sure that your Tibetan terrier takes his pee or poopoo on that newspaper. Once he has relieved, you must remove the newspaper immediately and replace it with a new one.
